Job Description
- Help Advisors around client meetings, and support meeting preparation
- Assist with client onboarding, updating accounts, and various service requests
- Prepare, process, and follow through on client documentation and forms
- Support advisors with calendars, workflow steps, compliance-related processes and follow ups.
- Keep the everyday operations moving efficiently, like things should.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain positive relationships with clients , while staying responsive
- Reach out proactively to clients so meetings with Advisors get scheduled smoothly
- Get ready the meeting essentials such as agendas, investment overviews, required disclosures, and any pending paperwork
- Keep client records, files, and details accurate , complete, and up to date
