Tesla is hiring a Service Assistant, to support its service operations in Oakville, Ontario. This role is pretty much for a driven team player who has strong customer service plus communication skills, and also someone that genuinely wants to add to an exceptional Tesla customer experience, y’know, that kind of thing.
The successful candidate will help with vehicle cleaning, vehicle moving, parts delivery, shop coordination, and other service related activities while still keeping Tesla’s standards for safety and quality with basically no shortcuts there.

Job Description
- You’ll be supporting Tesla’s service team in day to day ways, including maintaining vehicles and keeping shop operations running smoothly.
- The position includes things like vehicle washing and tidying.
- This role is responsible for transporting vehicles, and delivering parts, truck and trailer upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Clean Tesla vehicles by washing them, and doing minor detailing.
- Help with shop management overall, and keep things organized.
- Move vehicles between production, service, and sales areas.
- Get parts requests done faster as Parts Operations directs.
- Act as a parts runner when needed.
- Assist with truck and trailer servicing, and maintenance.
- Support the service team with extra operational duties.
- Complete other tasks based on business needs.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic, and a consistent reliable approach to work.
- Professional customer service abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, and written communication skills too.
