Tesla is looking for a Service Assistant to back up its service operations in Vaughan—Woodbridge, Ontario. In this job you’ll be helping out with things like vehicle cleaning, keeping the shop running in a clean organized way, moving vehicles around, supporting parts, and also helping with truck and trailer maintenance while still helping deliver that excellent Tesla customer experience.

Job Description
- The Service Assistant will jump in with hands-on help for Tesla’s service crew and support a smooth, organized and customer-focused atmosphere.
- Basically the day to day includes vehicle cleaning, transportation, parts runs, shop management, and a few maintenance-adjacent tasks.
- This position brings vehicles between production, service, and sales areas.
- This role moves fast on parts requests when Parts Operations asks for it.
Responsibilities
- Clean vehicles by washing them and doing minor detailing.
- Support shop management and day to day service operations.
- Step in for parts-running duties when needed.
- Help with service and maintenance for trucks and trailers.
- Support other operational tasks as they come up.
- Help keep the work environment positive and efficient.
- Contribute to a top tier Tesla customer experience.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to work in team.
- Bring professional customer service experience.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication.
