Tesla is looking for a Service Technician to help customers around the Montreal area. In this role, you’ll mix technical vehicle diagnostics and fixes, with pretty direct customer communication, plus you get real chances to sharpen advanced EV skills through on-the-job training.

Job Description
- As a Service Technician you’ll be doing diagnostic and repair tasks on Tesla vehicles.
- This role is responsible for bringing a solid level of customer service at the same time.
- Day to day, expect to travel across the Montreal region, and expect that training and hands on experience will build your technical expertise over time.
Responsibilities
- Do basic as well as more advanced diagnostic and repair work on Tesla vehicles.
- Complete high-voltage repairs, but only after the required training is done.
- Work both on your own and alongside others, to keep repair times efficient.
- Handle multiple priorities, and still make sure service deadlines are met.
- Help other Mobile Service Technicians and Tesla Service Centers as needed.
- Record repairs in a way that is accurate, consistent, and short but clear.
- Clean and detail vehicles when required.
Requirements
- Strong organization skills, and solid problem solving.
- A clear demonstrated “safety first” mindset.
- Valid Canadian Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license.
- A high school diploma, an associate degree or a certificate, or maybe comparable hands on technical experience.
- Experience in a kind of related technical space like aerospace, engines, electrical systems, or marine technology is also a plus point.
