If you tend to like governance stuff, coordination work, risk management, and you genuinely care that complicated initiatives end up following the proper process, then this could be a pretty solid match.
In the day to day, you’d partner with business, technology, legal, privacy, compliance, security, risk, and audit folks. You help steer AI governance from the very first intake of an initiative, all the way through delivery, and then into ongoing monitoring. You’ll also be expected to build governance routines that are practical, and scalable, because AI adoption keeps increasing over time.

Job Description
- Help make enterprise AI governance processes actually work in real life.
- Make sure AI initiatives meet governance needs across their full lifecycle.
- Support evaluation, approval, monitoring, and the controls around AI initiatives.
- Create AI governance practices that are realistic and can scale.
- Work with, or coordinate, the various stakeholders tied to AI oversight and governance,keeping things aligned without too much friction.
- Help make sure AI initiatives actually satisfy regulatory, risk , privacy security, plus the business expectations that come with it.
- Assist governance needs,from AI intake all the way through implementation and then the steady state operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee AI governance day to day stuff and the whole lifecycle process,from idea to ongoing use.
- Create and keep improving governance processes, controls and general practices,so they don’t fall apart as things evolve.
- Track AI initiatives continuously and,when governance problems pop up help address those items as needed.
- Help shape scalable governance frameworks as AI adoption grows and spreads across teams.
- May end up leading and developing direct reports as the function expands and matures.
Requirements
- You have a solid grasp of AI governance, risk, compliance, or an adjacent area.
- You bring strong stakeholder management skills and you communicate clearly,even when the topic is complicated.
- You can coordinate effectively across both business and technology groups.
- You’re organized, and you can manage processes well without losing the thread.
- You can understand and apply governance,privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in a practical way.
- Strong problem solving, plus decision making judgment when it matters.
- You can collaborate with many stakeholders, including legal compliance risk security, and audit teams, without getting stuck in details.
- Leadership ability ,and experience with team development.
