Requirements

- Capability to influence stakeholders, using thoughtful communication plus insights.
- Prior experience managing client relationships and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams so the client solutions actually land in a clear, consistent way.
- Help in finalist presentations that support both retention and new business.
- Speak up for client needs internally, and make sure the client experience stays steady.
