Canada Life is currently looking for a Director, Change Management, to help lead it’s enterprise change management practice and to support the big business transformations happening across the organization. In practice this role leans on strategic leadership, executive advisory, stakeholder alignment, and it makes sure those large scale shifts actually get adopted, and then they stick.

You’d be responsible for steering several change initiatives, building stronger organizational change capabilities, guiding senior leaders throughout, and making certain that the transformation work results in clear measurable business outcomes, not just activity.
