Tesla is looking for a Service Technician to help customers around the Montreal area, kind of daily basis type stuff. In this position you’ll blend technical vehicle troubleshooting and repair work with real, face-to-face customer communication, and you’ll get a real chance to grow into more advanced EV know-how through training you do on the job.
The person we want will be comfortable in a fast paced, teamwork driven setting, and yes you’ll travel around the Montreal region , not just once in a while. You’ll also be part of Tesla’s mission to speed up the world shift toward clean, sustainable energy.

Job Description
- As a Service Technician, you’ll diagnose issues and perform repair tasks on Tesla vehicles.
- You will be responsible for giving a strong customer service experience.
- This role is built around everyday travel across the Montreal area and includes learning opportunities for technical depth, both during training and through practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Do basic as well as deeper diagnostic work and repairs on Tesla vehicles.
- Finish required training first, then complete high-voltage repairs when needed.
- Handle several priorities at once, and still hit service deadlines.
- Help other Mobile Service Technicians and Tesla Service Centers as needed.
- Record repairs clearly, regularly, and in a concise manner.
- Inspect shop tools and equipment, and ask for replacements when it makes sense.
Requirements
- Automotive Service Technician License, or be willing to move into a Technician Apprentice path through provincial schooling.
- Proven skill managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines reliably.
- Strong organization and problem solving abilities.
- Clear commitment to a “safety first” mindset.
